I am pleased to announce that I am available to provide the following services to aid you and your Clients in resolving the issues in your case without the necessity of appearing in Court.
ADR SERVICES
- Special Master – recommending or binding
- Private Judge
- Settlement Judge with authority to sign Stipulations
- Trial Judge
- Mediation – with attorney participation
- Parent Coordinator
JUDGMENT PACKAGES
- Preparation and filing of the Stipulation to Temporary Judge, and follow up Notice of Termination of Services
- Review of the Judgment package of forms
- Signature of the Judgment and any concurrently submitted Orders (QDROs, Stipulations, etc.)
- Return of original signatures via mail to Petitioner’s Counsel upon request
- Return of signed Judgment and Orders via email for Counsel to submit to Court for filing
