ANNOUNCEMENT OF PRIVATE JUDGE AND ADR SERVICES AVAILABLE

I am pleased to announce that I am available to provide the following services to aid you and your Clients in resolving the issues in your case without the necessity of appearing in Court.

ADR SERVICES

  • Special Master – recommending or binding
  • Private Judge
    • Settlement Judge with authority to sign Stipulations
    • Trial Judge
  • Mediation – with attorney participation
  • Parent Coordinator

JUDGMENT PACKAGES

  • Preparation and filing of the Stipulation to Temporary Judge, and follow up Notice of Termination of Services
  • Review of the Judgment package of forms
  • Signature of the Judgment and any concurrently submitted Orders (QDROs, Stipulations, etc.)
  • Return of original signatures via mail to Petitioner’s Counsel upon request
  • Return of signed Judgment and Orders via email for Counsel to submit to Court for filing
